XCITI – SIXTH INTERNATIONAL MEETING IN FIRENZE – ITALY,

OFFICIAL INVITATION LETTER

XCITI – SIXTH INTERNATIONAL MEETING IN FIRENZE – ITALY,
NOVEMBER 11, 12 AND 13, 2011

Dear Friend,

following up my letter of March 7th, whereby I gave you a first hint on the meaning of the next meeting in November, as well as some preliminary info on the event, I would like to bring some more details to your attention.

Our Sixth International Meeting will be focused on how to further grow the Citi Alumni network worldwide, in particular in those countries where Citi has deep roots, both in the financial and in the social environment. This will reinforce the value of belonging and identity that Citi represents and characterizes our Association. During this first session an update of the Citi 200 project will be given.

Last year the second session was dedicated to analyze the meaning of “corporate culture” and in particular our survey on “Citi culture”.

This year we are implementing our spectrum of knowl edge to these topics on a wider international sample. The theme is of great actuality and wide interest and we can say, since now, that “Culture” is the beginning of all developing models.

We also expect to face problems related to “geopolitics” and “geostrategies”. You will be provided with more information with separate email.
On occasion of the Gala Dinner the ceremony of presentation of the “XCiti of the Year” Award will be held.

As in the past editions, our invitation is addressed to all the Italian and non Italian colleagues (retired or still active), whose commitment and dedication through the years have significantly contributed to the successful story of Citi in Italy and in the world. The invitation, of course, is extended to Citi colleagues still active in the bank. Given the importance of this event from an institutional point of view, we expect a qualified participati on by part of current Citi Senior Executives. Last year former colleagues coming from different countries like: Belgium, England, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Nederland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Argentina and United States of America joined us.

In the idea to have “the itinerant meetings” for this year’s event we chose Firenze in order to show the beauty also of this magnificent art town. Due to organizational reasons, the maximum number of guests cannot exceed 120 people (80 delegates and 40 accompanying spouses / partners), so we invite you to confirm your presence as soon as possible and in any case no later than September 30th.

The participation fee is Euro 300 per person and includes: welcome dinner (Friday); lunch, visit of a museum, Gala Dinner (Saturday), visit of “Dynamo Camp”, an enterprise linked to Paul Newman Foundation and established by two Citi Alumni in Italy and closing lu nch on Sunday.

For more information about our Association, please visit: www.xciti.it

Looking forward to seeing you in Firenze, I remain,

Yours Sincerely,

Gianfranco Mauti
